God forgives completely!
But When we believe that our sin is too great, when we believe what we have done is too much, we water down the Blood of Jesus, we are saying that His blood was not sufficient when in Truth it is more than sufficient for all sin no matter what it is we’ve done.
Romans 8:1 There is therefore now no condemnation (punishment, condemnation, condemning sentence) for those who are in Christ Jesus.
NONE!
It doesn’t matter where we have been or what we have done. His Blood is more than enough. He loves you with an everlasting love.
If we don’t accept that then we actually are saying that the work of the Cross was not enough. If you think that you have done too much for Jesus the Son of the Living God to forgive, you are saying His sacrifice was not enough, but it was.
No matter what you have done (that’s all inclusive), nothing is too much for Jesus to forgive. He paid for it all for you and for me and for all who believe that and receive it.
Only God can love that way, Only God! If His death was as your substitute then His resurrection is for you too.
God is so loving, more loving and patient than we are with ourselves most of the time. He never turns loose of you, He is always there for you to turn to, but you have turn to Him.
There is Forgiveness for everything with God, but you must accept His forgiveness, it is not automatic.
Forgiveness has to be received just like every blessing and provision that is provided through Christ and His redemptive work. You receive healing through faith, you receive blessing through faith and you must also receive forgiveness by faith.
Forgiveness is not based on merit or your earning it, it is unearned. You have to take the Lord at His Word concerning forgiveness. Do not allow the enemy to torment you with your past sins or mistakes. Deprive him of power, walk in the light. Do not allow the devil to lie to you by telling you must keep this in the dark, what would people think if they knew. Listen, at the end of day we all want people to approve us, but in reality it is not people that we need to approve us, it is God Himself. He does that through our acceptance of His Son. Ephesians 1:6…in which He did make us accepted in the beloved.
Forgiveness is available for the believer and those that have yet to accept Christ.
This is offered as a Free Gift and how terrible it will be for those who don’t and won’t accept it, they will spend an eternity of regret and separation from the God of Heaven.
Will you receive today the forgiveness God offers and forgive yourself and allow God to make a message out of where you have been that might just reach that next person?
